Collect all character voices. Go to the Voice Collection. Press SQUARE on any given character.
Hint - Dragon Slayer & Goddess Pendant Dragon Slayer ... Go back to Armgrins' house in Artolia at normal level and go to his room to the far left and you will recieve dragon slayer sword that Armgrin recieved from his father when he was alive.
Goddess Pendant ... Go to where the cutscene with Millia and Llewilyn happened in Lassen. It's under the trees to the very far right.

To unlock all in-game voices, movies, et cetera, you must play through the game. Only be getting through the game in its entirety will you be able to unlock everything.

You must defeat the Seraphic Gate 10 times.
